Monte E. Masonbrink, DDS, MS

“Growing up in a dental family, I’ve been involved in some aspect of dentistry for as long as I can remember. Through this exposure, my interests were drawn to oral surgery and ultimately became the focus of my practice.” – Dr. Masonbrink

Dr. Masonbrink was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. He attended Miami University where he received a B.A. in Chemistry. In 2002 he graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry with a D.D.S. Following dental school, he entered a four year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program at OSU. During the program, Dr. Masonbrink spent two months rotating at St. James Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, and time doing mission work in Honduras. After completion of residency, he received a M.S. in Dentistry. Dr. Masonbrink participates as an assistant clinical instructor at the OSU Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program.

Dr. Masonbrink is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of the American Dental Association. He is also a member of both the Ohio and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

When not at work, Dr. Masonbrink enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and fishing.
